About Us
Dr. Peter Miraldi
I earned my Ph.D. in Communication Studies at Kent State University and I am a Teaching Professor in the Department of Communication Arts and Sciences at The Pennsylvania State University. I teach public speaking and conflict management courses and I coordinate the Westinghouse Fellows Program. As the Faculty Advisor for TEDxPSU, I am passionate about helping people find their voice and share their stories.
Dr. Lori Miraldi
I have an M.A. in Communication Studies from Kent State University and a Ph.D. in Workforce Education from Penn State University. I am the Director of the Engineering Ambassadors Program in the College of Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University. Also, I teach presentation courses for carpenters to 'train the trainer.' I am passionate about helping engineers, educators, and tradespeople share their expertise.
Dr. Marcy Milhomme
I earned my Ph.D. from The Pennsylvania State University where I am an Associate Teaching Professor of Communication Arts and Sciences and Supervisor of the Effective Speech course for engineers. In addition, I served as a Training Specialist at the Harvard Clinical Research Institue for six years. I enjoy helping people improve their communication with research-based techniques to maximize their impact.
